Argentum42: Anyone have any opinions regarding the King Arthur game for Steam's midweek sale? Looks pretty interesting...
Well it is very interesting, you get a lot of content and lots of great ideas.
It's like Total War, but not as good. It is for people who wish for a fantasy version of the game.
It has also different mechanics that are a great addition for such a game like the capture point system (with bonuses), xp for troops and heroes, morality system (you get your best troops and spells depending on this), magic and best of all the quest system for your knights that is like the old choose your adventure books.
Original game + 3 expansion packs, definitely worth 5$.
Luisfius: Orcs Must Dies is more an actiony version of Tecmo's Deception, and it is totally worth it. Excellent value in that title.
Foxhack: I played the demo, it was fun, but I hated the fact that my crossbow or sword attacks didn't stun them - they could still hurt me while I was slashing them.
Not bad, I'll buy it during the holiday sales.
Secondary fire on the crossbow.
