wormholewizards: It's for single player only right?
It's singleplayer only. It's also great fun if you enjoy faced paced action tower defenses. It's funny and push you to try for perfection (I usually don't care about perfect score in TD games but I did here). I like you can play in more ways. You can use different trap combos as most of them is useful, you can just use weapons and magic items and have traps only as complement or you can try balanced approach and use both equally.

So Steam now has the ability to offer coupons for time limited discounts on a specific range of titles.

Wonder what that will do for sales in general on Steam...
Orcs Must Dies is more an actiony version of Tecmo's Deception, and it is totally worth it. Excellent value in that title.

I played the demo, it was fun, but I hated the fact that my crossbow or sword attacks didn't stun them - they could still hurt me while I was slashing them.

Not bad, I'll buy it during the holiday sales.
Anyone have any opinions regarding the King Arthur game for Steam's midweek sale? Looks pretty interesting...

It'll probably be the same price or cheaper at Christmas sale so you might want to wait. It's an acquired taste - check it out on youtube & try the demo.

It's a lot like if Paradox published Total War. Fun, slightly buggy, great ideas, niggling issues. There are a few major differences though.

I got it free with an IGN Prime trial, and it was fun, but there are annoying balance issues (archers) that keep me from wanting more (the DLC packs). After playing it I'd probably pass on the sale, but I dislike most RTS games. I'm sure someone more interested in the genre would like it.
Fantasy Wars is today's GG deal.

I thought there was a stun option (different trigger) on the crossbow. Watched someone play it, there was a lot of stunning going on.

Well it is very interesting, you get a lot of content and lots of great ideas.
It's like Total War, but not as good. It is for people who wish for a fantasy version of the game.

It has also different mechanics that are a great addition for such a game like the capture point system (with bonuses), xp for troops and heroes, morality system (you get your best troops and spells depending on this), magic and best of all the quest system for your knights that is like the old choose your adventure books.

Original game + 3 expansion packs, definitely worth 5$.
