Plants VS Zombies
Battle Slots ($10 on Fish - $20 from developer or GamersGate)

There really isn't Securom or anything like that but the software is embedded and tied in with Fish's client..I don't think you can even back it up so if you get charged per byte downloaded don't go hauling down anything too big.
Having said that though most Fish titles are under a gig big - they're mostly Match Three and Hidden Object games.

But it's a lite leash that can be easily broken and if GGG or GG ever went down in flames it would be extremely easy for them to offer a skeleton key to all of their games to remove dependency on that small executable.
Of course you would still be left subject to the publishers' DRM and a few games that I got from GG I had to chase down a NoCD crack because the developer was out of business and the publisher either didn't realize or no how to crack the DRM.
Fish's client doesn't feel any more clunky or intrusive than Steam's, my only concern is that if I were to take a time machine a decade into the future I would pretty much expect Valve to still be there....as for Fish....I'm not sure - they're similar competitor "Sandlot" has recently taken the fall.

Space of the Dead 2 for a bit less than 4 quid. That certainly came down in price fast!
