The article date is from the date of Halloween but it must have been added retroactively because I checked their site during that date to see if they would be having Amnesia on sale and they definitely didn't. Every other store (Steam, GG, dev's own store...) had it on sale during Halloween though.

It's a good game with some clever puzzles. I just finished it a couple of days ago and it was definitely worth it. I think I liked Penumbra a little more but not by much.

I bought it on steam for $4 but cant play because I have intergrated graphics... FML

EYE and Alien Breed are most likely friday and saturday deals. For some reason the announcements sometimes go up the day before or so, its not the first time it happens.

Just press complete order and they send you confirmation email that you have subscribed and then they will send you an email when its at its lowest price , they dont ask for any payment or other information ;)
