hedwards: Kaptain Brawe: A Brawe New World is $5 on Steam, good game or pass? I should probably pass, but it looks intriguing.

liquidsnakehpks: game is awesome but the devs wont say why they did not add voice support to the game or promise if it will be added later
I guess budgetary reasons? And they wouldn't promise unless they meant it, so if they don't know you can hardly expect them to promise.

Heretic777: Gamersgate - Every GTA game collection for $12.50. Its a heck of a deal. Too bad its not my kind of game. I just dont like sandbox games at all.
Very tempted even tho i have GTA IV on steam and Vice City and San Andreas on disc..hmmmm

Sword of the Stars Complete Collection for $4.99 is tempting as well....

taczillabr: Also at GG, Hearts of Iron Complete Pack $9.19.
Some weeks ago (paradox sale) it was for 27€/$ on sale and stayed there. Just a note, while GTA is a weeklong sale this one end in 3 days.

Funny thing, the Heart of Iron 3 collection is also on sale for 21€&%. All games are in the complete set included, which misses the latest expansion and some branches.

Hmmm... is the complete pack worth it considering I only need HoI 2 Complete? Is the original HoI better in some way? Is HoI3 not broken without all the Paradox's patch-expansions?

wodmarach: it's barely worth a tenner
avatar
reaver894: at 75% of it would have been 7.50 so if its barely worth a tenner then 7.50 is ok :-P
It's now on Play.com for £5.99
Speaking of Homefront I did get mine from Play.com and I was a little over-zealous when buying that DLC that I didn't know the Shotgun code was included with the Resist Edition so if anyone want's it it's first come first served:

870 Express Shotgun - F5P2G-A57AJ-R3H5X-BFNNF-LVAFZ

used thanks alot
Just an update from experiencing after purchasing and trying -

Really Big Sky = NOT old computer friendly.

The graphics look simple but the main drill action kept crash - rebooting my system.
(for anyone else with old systems looking for games to run)

Does anyone know the cheapest place to find Windows 7? The best I can find is $100 for OEM 64bit Premium. I'm not a student so I can't profit from the $65 deals (or less) that Microsoft runs. I would like to get into the 64bit era and want to get rid of Vista.

Wouldn't it be more prudent to wait for the release of Windows 8 now? We are only a few months away from a Beta and you can bet Microsoft will be offering pre-order discounts to tempt people to upgrade like they did with 7.
For what it's worth, I was able to purchase a student copy of 7 on release without actually being one. There was no actual verification that took place to confirm I was studying.
GameStop / Impulse :
Kohan Warchest $6.79
Why isn't this on GOG ?

this I'm willing to bet they got for the same deal they did with 7 (45 for a copy)
