Actually I don't see why it shouldn't work. It's like having items shipped there, except you're not really shipping anything. Basically it is a forward shipping company that provides you with a US address, so that you can easily purchase items from the US and have them ship it to wherever it is you reside. Sort of like an intermediary. It should work for this purpose too.

Interesting, thanks! But I'm on the verge of ditching this already and simply waiting for another sale on Steam or something. Too much hassle and the regular and Augmented thing already turned me off from buying this game.

the dlc's are not that much important , the regular game is worth at least 20-30 hrs

the mods for the civilization games are amazing, check out some of the balance mods too, install them via the game only.

That's a lot of protection just to avoid piracy. Seriously rockstar.. hurting legitimate buyers is not cool and i will not be buying this package, it just promotes piracy since pirates don't have to put up with any of that nonsense.
