Ask GamersGate? They are only allowed to sell EA UK games worldwide, not EA US ones. And then they aren't technically allowed to advertise that fact outside of the UK. With GMG though, apparently they're only allowed to sell EA UK games in the EA and have thus regionally restricted their EA games catalog.

GMG now has removed all EA titles for purchase outside UK, luckily i just grab Crysis WH by my store credit
