Isn't Daggerdale a Steamworks game? There is no mention of it on Impulse and they are offering 33% discount.

At least according to the Steam website, it isn't a Steamworks game.
I think that this is a good offer, gothic bundle for 20 € http://impulsedriven.com/products/ESD-IMP-W2070
Thinking of picking it up, although I'll have to install impulse, another game client.

Then my question is can it be registered on Steam?

Can't provide you with the exact answer you want, sorry, but I do know that retail copies can be activated on Steam.
Ohgod please don't buy Daggerdale. Unless you like terrible games, that is.

For 7€ they give you Daggerdale and Baldur's gate &Tales of the Sword Coast, so I think it's normal that he is giving it some thought, specially if he doesn't own Baldur's Gate.

I suppose. Although it's a much better deal in my country (currency conversions and whatnot) to just buy Baldur's Gate on its own elsewhere. On GOG, even.
GameStop / Impulse :

Academagia - The Making of Mages $6.23
Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale $9.99
Section 8 Prejudice $7.49
Gothic Bundle $19.99
Kohan Warchest $9.99
You then go back to your normal UK connection, buy 15000 BC, go back to your US VPN connection and buy the game with those 15000 BC. Thus saving yourself just over £3.

So yes, even with buying BC, you save money.

FYI 1000 BC on the UK site is currently 62p (the equivalent of $1)

Can you recommend me a god US VPN with SSL ? I tried HotSpot Shield , but it's not working .

Runs on Java, simple free registration. Setting up fully may be a bit complicated, the connection is slow, but it works and has US servers.

Well, it has "Use true SSL with HTTPS" option.
You don't have to paypal through it though. Fill the cart and form an order "from the US", but don't follow the paypal link. Instead switch to your normal connection, go to Order History, where the new order will be Pending (and the price shown with Euro sign), view details (the prices will be properly in $) and complete the payment normally.

bansama: Thus, the US price is cheapest. If you're UK customer, you then use a US VPN, add the game to your cart and check the BC price (14980).

You can also place order through VPN, then turn it off and then complete it through you regional site to avoid using Paypal with proxy. The price in order reamains the proxy one.
I think it's easier than this.

Hm, the summer sale banner on GG links to Dead Space 2...
Thats a couple of times this has happened to me, the banner today says X3 Gold, but it links to Dead Space, same happend a couple of times before. Very annoying.
