Hard Truck Apocalypse and Hard Truck are completely unrelated in Russia, and got put in the same lineup in the West only by some insane marketing whim. Kinda like having non-Final Fantasy and non-Mario games from Japan released in English as parts of those series.
BTW, 18 Wheels of Steel is also unrelated to the original Hard Truck.

I own Fallout: New Vegas . Wanted to buy Old World Blues DLC . Added it to my cart , and i got this message at the checkout: Well,no DLC for me .

You must have bought New Vegas from somewhere else than Steam. It's a regional restriction problem, I've got it too. From your IP, you can only buy DLCs for Eastern European New Vegas, but you own Rest of the World New Vegas instead.

I've already written to Steam support about this, apparently they should be able to replace your New Vegas with the Filthy Post-Communist version; you do lose all of your saves and achievements, though.

And no, it makes no sense at all.

I bought the game + the first DLC from GamersGate ( Steam key ) . Got the second DLC from the US ( as a gift ) . Now i have to find someone from the US who can gift the third DLC to me .
