Amazon is selling it for that price, which is a very nice one for the game. You have to choose the Mac version, but the code they give works in EA Download Manager for the PC version, which is pretty good.

Sadly no. Sometimes they make obvious changes to certain files so people can deduce what might get added, or the advertisements leak or people figure out the next logical number for the adds, but that's about it :)
