Well, as safe as expat shield... It's basically the same program, just a different region IP.
Mostly just GamersGate. I wouldn't try it with Steam... something tells me they'd work it out and ban your account.

Hardly any recent MMO ever does. It's amazing the delusions they have about greatness usually. Especially given the crap that tends to get put out eventually. (although to its credit, from what I hear Rift was pretty polished, which is a rarity in itself for MMO's, even though it really should be a baseline after a game like WoW)
