Majesty (1) is a _much_ better buy in my opinion. It has more content(remember,only the Majesty 2 base game is on sale, expansions are 5 dollars each!), and well, better gameplay. Freeplay mode, nice drawn graphics, heroes with personality(not mindless money hungry bots that wont lift a finger if it doesnt involve a large bounty), no baserusher monsters(or at least less :D), a chance to grow your kingdom before achieving victory.

Singularity is 66% off on Steam. Personally I enjoyed it. Wasn't anything new really but still an enjoyable shooter.

The Majesty 2 Complete pack (includes all DLC) is down to $20 list price. Just wait for the Summer Sale where it will probably be 75% off.

I wouldn't know as I have the Direct2Drive version. TBH though it would just be generic shooter #498 in multiplayer.

I find the theme of this game to be really nice, didn't played the full version though. Of course it's better than average, it's by the makers of Hexen, Heretic, SoF, and more.

I do NOT recommend that game. It's fucking impossible after the first few easy levels. And no, I'm not kidding. I think it's almost broken.

I've heard that a lot and I'm sure it is -- I've passed on it during a lot of sales but I figure the base game plus all DLC for $5 is a decent enough price even if it's flawed.

Actually, I disagree. Unless you consider 4 or so levels worth five dollars and the wasted bandwith.

This is one game that I don't feel guilty for torrenting. I got it, installed, started liking it then found out it was impossible to get past the 4th or 5th stage and got so frustrated I tried everything then deleted it. This took me about 3 hours from unpacking to deleting.

And in the same way I disagree with you. As someone who finished Majesty 1I find this game too easy. I got into last level without even repeating any level. But this is what I read on Paradox forums too. Half people find it too easy and second half too hard so it's nothing strange. Talk about good balance. ;-)
