Email address is enough if we are talking about Steam.

I'm thinking of getting Sim City 4, but is it as good as Sim City 2000 (which I'd like to see on GOG)?

nope i found sim city 4 to be tasteless. Its nowhere as good as sim city 2000 or 3000 its just a mix of both making the game boring and worn out without the lack of innovations, not to mention the constant urge to uninstall it within hours

Simcity 4 added in new things like regionalized budgeting where different parts of your city would have different budgets for raods, schools etc. It also automatically adds roads when making your residential, commercial and industrial plots. That feature is both good and bad since the roads automatically put in may not match the roads you've previously added. You now must terraform the area before making a city. No more pre-made landscapes.

There are some reports of graphical issues mostly with nvidia users but there are workarounds.

Sim City 4 on Steam is a friggin' instabuy!
Not as good as Sim City 3000 though.. About that; Where can i get my hands on SC3000? Any ideas? I have it somewhere, but i can't find it. Digital Download somewhere?
Super Street Fighter 4 AE is available for pre-order right now from D2D for $40:

D2D offers 10% discount on all pre-orders but they haven't applied it yet to SSF4 so I would wait until they do.
