It is 29th at 10:00 PM here. Game is unlocked to buy but demo is not available right now at Steam. :)
Knights of Honor is on sale at gamersgate for 2.50 if you guys haven't played it, its a RTS, which you can pause at will, takes place on the usual map of europe, and is one of the funnest games I have played, but, of course its my type of game. It would be a definite insta buy for me on GOG. If you like eruopa universalis, but, wanted something a little simpler, Knights of Honor is a good fit (easy to understand), not as many territories as EU and you can actually conquer the whole map.
As far as steam goes, though I'm not a fanboy, they do have good deals, and if you never played Mount and Blade, I would definetly give it a spin this week!
I've been waiting for Sol Survivor to drop below $5... And I still am.

Unless anyone here wants to buy a 4-pack. I'm in.
I think Impulse just had SOL Survivor on sale cheaper than that a week or so ago, one of their daily deals I think...Could be wrong, it gets awfully time consuming to check all these sites for deals each day.

Seems to work on a system similar to Game.co.uk's Dowload Service...

On that topic... Are Steam serials universal, i.e. if I buy the American version of a game can I activate it on a European account? 'Cuz DoW II: Retribution is quite cheap on Gametap...

Yep, they should work just fine, as long as the game is listed here.
