My final post on this, no point in discussing this thing, but:

Tell me exactly how do I put the whole link, plus the name of the game, plus the price and the discount, plus some related hashtags on Twitter without shortening the damn link? :)

Just copied it from there, not going to do the same thing twice for the pretty much same thing.

Some people really need to take a chill pill... so much for GOG's "classy" community lately.

EDIT: Somewhat simple and related examle:

Take Didimatic for example. I don't see people bitching about the site. :)
(don't take this wrong Bansama, the site is amazing! :))

Delixe: Am I missing something? Where exactly is the harm in what he is doing?
there is no harm in what hes doing but it can be dangerous if someone misuses it, many phishing attacks are done this way or these hidden links can be made to take you to a bad site
A) Internet isn't such a safe place that I follow random mystery links (especially ones plastered with :D ;) please!)
B) The link didn't give any clue where it went, or where the sale even was (first post error, which admittedly you corrected)
C) Some people simply don't like referral links, others certainly don't like the ones that are hidden behind short urls. Combined with B) people are forced to click it to find out. At least @didimatic you know exactly where it is.

And yes, we know Bansama makes massive blue coins from his site, he's not a Gamersgate supporter without reason :)
I just refuse to click on any hidden referral link, or if I do by accident, I am sure as hell not going to use it to buy anything. It's pretty low to try this.

If it isn't against the regulations of this forum to include what are basically ads, then it certainly is just plain ugly. Put the whole link so that one can see it.
And now we return to the "Gaming deals thread" Show.

Yea!

Don't click it! Its a referral link! It will eat your children, steal your personal info, kill your mother and so on!
