magicka is a real awesome time killer especially if you can get 4 of your own friends to play it, i have watched a lot of broadcasts of the game on justin tv its amazingly fun

Navagon: So you think it's worth getting at that price?
Definitely. I played through most of the campaign with a friend and it's more than enough entertainment for the original asking price. The mechanics automatically result in a game that is fairly repetitive, but they did honestly try to introduce enough variations to remedy that.

I don't think it would be as much fun in singleplayer -- played about two or three chapters that way and it's kind of meh.
Magicka with the DLC is AWESOME for that price. Hell, Magicka alone is very very worth the 10 bucks of the undiscounted price.

I am gonna wait a bit to put some money in the bank before getting the DLC, eh.

^What the huge lizard said! :X Singleplayer does get boring eventually, but it'll take a while before you really start to feel the sense of loneliness setting it.

Seems like we need to put together a GOG Majicka group, assuming there's not one already.

Damn shame that Minerva's Den DLC is STILL not available or that could have been interesting.

Sweet! Already own Trine and the two Shadowgrounds titles though...
I'm basically paying for Trine, I think... dunno if I'll actually install Shadowgrounds.

Might try the prototype and hopefully look forward to whatever Splot is.

Shadowgrounds is actually a very good game.
Wrong thread. Never mind!
