KneeTheCap: Everyone should grab Shira Oka from GG's sale. It's a very good game.
It looks interesting, especially since there aren't that many games of that type in English.
But the SecuROM DRM kinda scares me a bit.
So Precursors is half-off on Gamersgate... some RPG fans I know have said this game is an underrated masterpiece. Any thoughts here? It's $14.99 with the discount.

I did not have any Probs with SecuRom Games from GamersGate. GG effectively eradicates installation limits and such nonsense. Just email support and they will rest the counter.
But I too to try get around this, (by buying Steam or DRM free alternatives).
Recettear is also on 50% sale on GG. Highly recommended.

GameRager: What's the game about btw?
Supposed to be some kind of open-world sci-fi RPG with space combat sections.

Primarily it's an FPS with RPG elements. You get an inventory, you can do various quests. You level up in a way. But you only get certain perks from doing so. You can't become overpowered. There are many factions with their respective allegiances and enemies and your actions will affect your relationship with all of them.

So kind of like a sci-fi Stalker with perks set across several worlds with space combat sections in between. Oh and there are plenty of crates to raid and some of the perks are lock picking. :P

Be warned that, while the game is fairly long by today's standards, it's still left at a point which makes it feel more like the first game in a series than a complete game in its own right. It has its share of bugs and is generally a rough diamond of a game. It's good, but only if you're willing to put up with the rough patches.

Wesker: Are they DRMed?
Last weeks Pack did not had DRM, the flaw with their service is, that they do not guarantee that the Files will be available all the time (if you want to have a guarantee for 1 or up to 3 years, you have to pay that extra).

What I did last time was, downloading all the files and put the install files on DVD
