Metal Slug tactics was recently updated. Unless there is a change of internal policy it is likely that GOG, alongside the other non-Steam platforms, will suffer from patch delays of a few weeks. See this Steam forum post. We aren't really being ignored, so it's not a big deal.

However, there is something that I missed when just petulantly complaining about patch delays and a bug-filled release.

Metal Slug Tactics does have a soundtrack, available for purchase on Steam, which is absent from the GOG release.

Puntolory: This entire situation is indeed strange (the fact that the Mac version is up-to-date while the Windows version is not is incredible) and disappointing, but I still fell in love with the game when I first played it and this issue with the devs and GOG was not enough to ruin it for me.

kultpcgames: Very strange indeed and very rude (see attachment). The very brief answer has strengthened my decision not to buy the game. If it ever appears on Amazon Prime Games or as a giveaway, I will play it with pleasure (and a few minor flaws), but the developers will not get any money from me. "Unhappy" Juice Games has landed on my no-go list. :-/

Nevertheless, I really like your attitude towards it, that is quite likeable. :-)
That attitude from the dev is really disappointing, out of the wishlist.

Too bad gog doesn't have an ignore dev or game feature like the other store..Gog should actually come in contact with the dev and ask him if he wants to continue having the game here because from his replies I get the feeling that he doesn't...

Holy fuck, this response.

Why should anyone play the game (paid or for free), even on steam? This is straight up mind boggling - and yes, anti-consumer - on top of being cockily rude.

I'd understand if they said they had issues with GOG and just left it that, but not "August 2022".
A note about both Vaporum games:

Vaporum - Windows is at version "patch 15". Mac and Linux version still "patch 14".

Vaporum - Lockdown - Windows is at version "patch 5". Mac and Linux version still "patch 4".

I've emailed the Devs about it.

IronArcturus: Outdated GOG Games:

Tin Can: Escape Pod Simulator
The GOGdb version is 1.0.01b from 2022, but the SteamDB version is past 1.0.05c. The Steam version was last updated on September 2023.
Update to 1.0.0.7 has just arrived.

That's good!

Now if only Oaken could get the latest update...

Exsurgent: Staying with the theme of OSTs not being available on GOG, both Caves of Qud and Fae Tactics are missing their paid soundtrack DLCs on GOG.

If you're interested in the Caves of Qud OST and don't want to give money to Steam, it looks like it's available on Itch as well.
Looks like Caves of Qud OST is available now: https://www.gog.com/en/game/caves_of_qud_soundtrack

Quoting myself here, I got a response from one of the devs. Apparently the update was only to add a button promoting their upcoming game. The games didn't receive any bug fixes or other Vaporum - related additions.

Safe to say those games don't belong to the list :)
Everholm still isn't released on GOG one month after it's official release:

Haven't followed this thread for quite awhile so I'm not sure if these count.
A list was once made about ''coming soon, but actually never'' games.

For the record - some of those games on that thread did actually come here eventually, but many, MANY have not and, unfortunately, probably never will.
