Just seen this on a well known site, had to laugh. Its actually a nice response. Shame it is overshadowed by being CDPr/GOG.
Perhaps if they spent more time:
Fixing the website
Providing a full proper changelog/download of old version patches
Stop forcing galaxy app
Release true DRM/Internet Required/TP Account required/Social media required products
Provide decent download options especially with large downloads
Treat those who want nothing to do with your client the same as those who use Galaxy
Provide decent installers, not contaminated with galaxy, that allow such things as not downloading all languages
Promptly post all patches, stop blaming devs for not delivering them
Stop alienating your userbase with every single release/news thread
Stop trying to be a worse version of steam
Try not to provide misinformation or obscurity over each post, and then come back with oh it was just a mistake (we all know its a test to see how far things can be pushed without causing outrage, such an obvious strategy)
Plus the other hundred or so things people have been clamouring about to no avail since galaxy was released, then less of these would need to appear, and perhaps you wouldn't have alienated those who helped you get where you are.
No doubt this post will be downvoted to oblivion and swamped by the bots that swarm the forums now. Me, as there is no such thing as drm free anymore my money will be going to the lowest bidder. Perhaps I will wait until Cyberpunk is released free on Epic (which of course is true DRM free...), there would be some irony to that at least.
