And yes, 8 players are very few. I don't think a possible neutral party would be balancable with so few players and also the game will be over very quickly. I would like to have at least 10 players, but could start the game in an emergency with 9.

Count me in if you're really stuck for numbers at the deadline. I didn't hold back because I didn't want to play, but because HSL kept calling me lazy. :P
