By the way, I like it how they integrated the quarantine symbol, steering wheel (more obvious on the actual logo than my drawing) and letter Q into the logo. Very clever.

I like the minimalist "blood spilling over a wiped windshield" box art the most.
And it was a kind of blind guess, Q + biohazard = quarantine maybe? I didn't remember the title screen.
(and I totally missed that there was supposed to be a steering wheel too)
