Geralt_of_Rivia: No, you are mistaken about that.
If a bundle is one of the
old style bundles
But if you buy one of the
newer bundles that are their own products
And
that's the case for all bundles. See pictures for proof.
I know nothing about "old style" and "new style" bundles.
And sorry, but your "screenshot_2" doesn't prove anything, since GOG's search function in the "orders history" is faulty
(it shows the search result for a second or two, before it switches to the "No results found" - message. My screenshots also had to be done in that two second timespan, because of that) Notice also how I wrote that I'll be
shown "ALL receipts in regard to [the searched game - here: CP 2077]".
The receipt doesn't necessarily show the game itself as a visible part of that bundle -
the receipt just recognizes the game, that you searched for,
as part of a bundle.
Some of the most hard to find games,
(which you won't be able to find by their names in either the store, nor the game specific forums), can be found via the "orders history".
Examples: "Pool of Radiance" and "Eye of the Beholder".
Both games are part of the "Forgotten Realms" - Collections, and can only be found in the store or the game specific forums, if you know that you have to search for those collections.
With that one notable exception: via the "orders history".
There you can search for the games themselves and get shown the bundle(s) they're part of.
>> And since this discussion is about Mikael74's inability to find his copy of CP 2077
(of which he is sure, he bought it), and there's
(apparently) only one bundle, of which that was ever part...Mikael should be able to search for the game
(CP 2077) in his "orders history" and get the "Simply: RED - CD PROJEKT RED Collection" shown there (
ONLY IF he purchased that collection with this account, of course).
From here on, he could then contact GOG, give them the order number for that collection, and therefore prove that he indeed has bought CP 2077 (
but apparently never received it after its release).
Edit:
please also notice the bolded words in my comment which you quoted.
