Lol...
Just to clear the confusion Mikael74 is NOT the O.P..

Ruvika: Contact ponczo_ or SmallestLight, it probably will be quicker than the traditional support.

ponczo_: Big support delays are no longer a thing :) Please, however, remember that asking a moderator for help, will not guarantee that a ticket will be answered faster.

As for the missing game: I found no completed order on your account, just one attempt in 2020. If you are sure that you purchased the game on GOG, providing our support team with, for example, a transaction confirmation could be very useful.
Love the angry cat pic.

Mikael74: The same thing has happened to me [...] the game is gone from my Games List [...]
avatar
BreOl72: Have you bought it here on GOG? Or on some cheap key-reseller site?
avatar
Mikael74: [...] it's also gone from my Orders History so I can't prove that I bought it.''
avatar
BreOl72: That's what...
1) order confirmation emails from GOG and
2) payment confirmation emails from PayPal/your bank/etc
...are for.
Yes I bought Cyberpunk 2077 on Gog.com a year or two after it's release at half price.

The receipt has unfortunately been deleted and I can't remember if I payed with my debit card or with PayPal.

I have been in contact with someone from Gog.com but the problem is that the bank statements are unspecified... it doesn't tell what I bought so I have been sending in some of them to Gog.com but they were all wrong.

I have given up... live and learn I guess.

never delete your confirmation emails. i have a folder in my email that i just use for them, and thats not a problem at all, instead of deleting the emails i just move them there

go to https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/orders
search for Cyberpunk 2077
click on the arrow beside the order number
click on view receipt

It isn't there and yet I have a memory of purchasing Cyberpunk 2077 for half the price.

How can this be?

Did they change something in the matrix? /joke

Was it ever bundled with Witcher games or something else?
avatar
DoomSooth: Was it ever bundled with Witcher games or something else?
As far as I know, CP2077 has never been bundled with any of the Witcher games (or any other game).

Apart from that, it also wouldn't matter, if it had been bundled with another game, since the "orders history" would then simply show both games under the same order number.

I'm still convinced that Mikael74 didn't buy the game here (or if he did, he did so with a different account).

Otherwise, GOG should be able to find an order receipt on their side(!) for CP2077 in connection with his account.

These receipts aren't "one-way" files, you know?

Edit: unusually, it combined a pre-order with some other games. IIRC it was around the £70 mark, and it did not provide people with giftable copies of already owned games.

I only remember this because I'm Holding Back the Years

Confirmation mails don't get deleted unless you want them to be deleted. I still got mine from 2011 (in GOGs case, older ones for other stores).

The usual mistake here is "wrong account". Or a vivid immagination.
... or just one missing click. I was convinced I got a free game on Epic, but apparently I didn't complete the order.

I stand corrected.
Not that it matters - for the reasons I gave in my sentence directly under the one you quoted. But nice find.

Btw: if Mikael's memory is right about him having bought the game for 50% off, he can't have bought this bundle, because that did cost way more than the base game alone (97,88 US Dollar or 87,77 Euro, according to a link I found).

Yeah, pretty sure one of these reasons will ultimately be, why (t)his account doesn't show the game.

Yeah, it doesn't apply to OP at all

Not necessarily. I couldn't find Shadow Tactics in my order history because it was included with a bundle I bought. Had to search for the name of the bundle.
