Same thing happened to me. Bought the game for close to retail price shortly after release and now my key was revoked for "fraud prevention". Money gone, game gone, because you know just screw the customer who didn't turn straight to piracy and rather wanted to support the developer but also didn't want to pay the full price (60€) for a video game. The seller aka the actual wrong-doer goes away unscathed and can continue. Great solution, will definitely not make people consider just downloading games in the future for free in the first place...

If that were true you wouldn't have bought the game from a shady key reseller site and instead waited for a sale here at GOG. The person in the wrong is you, not GOG, so don't think you can claim some sort of moral justification for piracy either.

You bought from a grey market site. In NO way whatsoever were you supporting the developer.

Think about that and dont buy from grey market sites.
Reminder

GOG Galaxy is also almost* DRM-free. Most games are DRM-free. You can add 3rd party releases to Library. You can add it as GOG version (offline installer to Galaxy added as Galaxy build and its worked as galaxy build after it).

Its still a thing that something can happen a bit after you reach '100h' but game keep presence in Galaxy client. So you probably uninstall it since then and NOW it is unavailable in Galaxy.

Cyberpunk 2077 in Steam and in GOG Galaxty by default start from launcher that ask you for account - but login can be skipped. Same for offline DRM-free version. Also game can be started directly by DRM-free exe from bin folder. So GOG, GOG Galaxy and even Steam are all compeltely DRM-free or almost_DRM-free.

Same for else games. Been installed from Galaxy it keep presence in local client Library and been available until you uninstall it. If you buy game here - you got your fully owned local DRM-free copy of the game. This is why (been downloaded or tried to download by content servers request from your account) GOG guarantee refund only after you conversation with support what is wrong with the game (if there is issues in game itself, or some devs promises features that not happened) or support cant help you with game running.
You can more freely refund it if none of the files download links requested from your account.

MythicalSnake: I wanted to play more Cyberpunk, but as I tried to launch it through GOG Galaxy I couldn't find it. So after going to my acocunt online, I indeed saw that I didn't own Cyberpunk - even though I definitely did. I've never had something like this happen before.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on?
The same thing has happened to me and I think that it's because I have Windows 7 and I never installed Cyberpunk 2077 on my computer... the game is gone from my Games List and it's also gone from my Orders History so I can't prove that I bought it.

Okey dokey.
If you bought from GoG.com and you're obviously logged in now.
Go to GoG.com, find your game in the list, find the download offline install files and run with that.

GoG is THE place to buy cheaper. Don't like the price ? Click that Wishlist, soon enough they will give you the best possible discount, never failed me to date, I LOVE this merchant/vendor. Never Change.

Unless it's not bought on GOG, then you've been scammed.
What does your CC say for vendor name ?
