I wanted to play more Cyberpunk, but as I tried to launch it through GOG Galaxy I couldn't find it. So after going to my acocunt online, I indeed saw that I didn't own Cyberpunk - even though I definitely did. I've never had something like this happen before.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

Have you used www.gog.com/user/refresh to refresh your account? Maybe that's the problem, also check your orders and setting and look for the ticket.

Yup, and it's gone - I bought the game back in 2020, so I suppose all I can do now is wait and see when the support ticket gets answered.

Thanks for your help! :)
Where did you buy the game? if it is from a key reseller, the key might have been revoked

^ This. Key resellers are a big gamble. If the key was bought with a stolen CC and then sold onward to you, you lose out in the end.

OP, if you bought it from GOG.com and it's gone:
1. Find your receipt email you got. You did keep it, right?
2. Contact support and prove you bought it.

Contact ponczo_ or SmallestLight, it probably will be quicker than the traditional support. Also, take in count that if you bought the game from a key reseller it might have been revoked like the other users said. So that could be a big problem, check your settings and look for the ticket, also look on your email for the receipt. The more you have the better, if it is a mistake it would be solved so don't worry!
Just at an offchance, you didn't hide your game did you?

Big support delays are no longer a thing :) Please, however, remember that asking a moderator for help, will not guarantee that a ticket will be answered faster.

As for the missing game: I found no completed order on your account, just one attempt in 2020. If you are sure that you purchased the game on GOG, providing our support team with, for example, a transaction confirmation could be very useful.
Also double check you got the right account. There have been people here before who created an account and bought a game, forgot about it, then created a new account with a similar but different name then complained their game in the first account wasn't also in the 2nd account.
An account mythical_snake with 3 games to their name exists.

Except you can see on OP's profile page they reached 100 hours of gameplay 5 months ago.

Maybe. As gogtrial34987 said though, a second account does exist:-

^ Are they both his? Only he can answer that.

Ah... I forgot about this, but yes - I did indeed buy it through a key reseller.. Damn. Thanks for your help!

Ah, yeah that's probably what happened, I bought it through a third party - not the smartest thing I've ever done. Strange for the key to only be revoked after 1,5 years though.

Thanks for your help! I bought it through a reseller, so it's kind of my bad. I appreciate the help again :)

Nope, I wouldn't put it past me though - so thanks! :P

Yeah, fair - thanks for the quick and proactive help! I didn't buy the game through GOG, and since there doesn't seem to be a technical issue, I suppose the key got revoked. My only question though: why only after 1,5 years?

The top one is mine - I've no clue about the bottom one. Thanks for your help though :)

No idea, this is a good question to ask within a ticket :)
Key resellers work in mysterious ways, which is why we do not recommend purchasing keys from unreliable sources. It's also possible that the key has been cancelled long ago, but you did not notice at first, because our games are DRM-free and being logged into the correct account to play them is not required. In other words, hard to tell without looking at the key itself.

Alright, I'll ask that within the ticket, thanks :D

I always launch my games through GOG Galaxy, since I love that launcher, so it did just happen yesterday.

Thanks for the help! :)
