Activision hasn't officially announced anything yet.

As for the PC version getting a release here (if that leak turned out to be true), I wouldn't expect it before about 5 years have passed.

Am I the only one getting royally sick of remasters / remakes / rereleases? Where is any developer with ORIGINAL ideas?? :/

It seems like there's been a ton, but there really hasn't. 2017 had a lot of good original games. Hellblade, and Horizon: Zero Dawn, to name 2 off the top of my head.

Amen to that! Street Fighter 30th Anniversary is coming to PC, Devil May Cry 1-3 Collection is coming to PC, now a possible Crash Bandicoot PC release? Hell yes.

Now I just want to see the Yakuza series on PC. A nice MGS collection and Silent Hill collection (NOT the garbage "HD" collection) would be nice too.

While I agree, when it comes to movies, the current trend in the gaming industry, seems to be that the re-releases of games, bring with themselves expansion to several new platforms. Mostly the re-release of console exclusive games to PC and other consoles. Also most of the re-release come with the best improvement possible, 60 FPS.

I'll admit I'm not up to date with the current console happenings, but if there is a plague of PS4 to PS4 Pro remasters, that enable, cutting edge, constant 30FPS from sub-the original 30FPS, then your frustration is completely understandable, as I would also call them lazy and useless re-whatever.

I remember the original Crash, I never got past the level where it's raining.

This remake is unique because his sister Coco Bandicoot was playable only in some levels from Cortex Strikes Back, Warped and The Wraith of Cortex. Now she's playable in Crash Bandicoot 1,Crash Bandicoot 2 and Crash Bandicoot 3.These changes are visible thanks to Activision just like Ratchet and clank 1 ps4 reboot based on ps2 original game storyline was mixed with Ratchet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction...etc.from ps3.Spyro was first Insomniac Games IP now Activision owns the licence so it's unknown if Activision is planning reboot based on original Spyro the Dragon from PlayStation One like Crash Bandicoot that belonged in late 90's to Naughty Dog. Btw I noticed YouTuber named CrystalFissure re-created on Unreal Engine 4 hub world from Spyro 1 https://m.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=12&v=WygX9LyPYFM I can't wait to see sequel of Sly Cooper 4 Thieves in Time for psvita and ps3 if Sucker Punch is busy with Sly Cooper TV mini-series maybe they will reboot Sly Cooper 1 Thievius Racoonus. They already made hd collection trilogy for ps3 like Ratchet and Clank(PS3,PSVITA).I hope Naughty Dog will make Jak and Dexter ps4 reboot based on original ps2 game. I would love to see Ratchet and Clank 2 ps4 reboot even if I don't own ps4 video game console optionally to see comeback of one missing character Angela Cross the Lombax I mean she appeared only in Ratchet and Clank 2 Going Commando(PS2)this could be amazing to see this character again in sequel of Ratchet and Clank(2016)(PS4).I also really want to see Sly Cooper 5 if not on ps4 maybe on ps5.
