Be sure to bring ElT along, so we know whose fault it was when we die :-p
- I think there is a tutorial. Play it.
- Don't go to the end of each sector too quickly - explore, and try to find more supplies before the rebels catch up to you.
- Try to acquire a diverse crew if you can. Having different races will allow for more unique (blue) dialog options, which are almost always the better choices.
- It is generally a good idea to upgrade your shields early on. (I think.)
- Fire is hot.

Anything in particular look good? ... no "must haves" for me today. I'm hoping we'll see some Civ games at some point though...

At this point, everything that got released today, including Last Door Season 2, except for Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich. Already have that one from before it got pulled.

Civilization, Bioshock, Borderlands, GTA, new X-COM, Spec Ops, Mafia, older stuff like Black Dahlia and Ripper...there's a lot of stuff that could be put out here.

I'd be happy to see Star Crusader. It was made by Take-Two and that was, according to wikipedia: "...acquired in December 2003; folded into 2K"

Don't forget Duke Nukem Forever :-p
I'd instabuy a DRM-free backup of Spec Ops: The Line, just because. I don't know what it is about that game. The gameplay is not really interesting at all, but I love pretty much everything else about it. How many games are set in post-apocalyptic Dubai? :-)
Would pick up complete editions of Borderlands too, if they were to ever show up here. I never got the expansions on Steam.
I'll try not to get my hopes too high though... :-\

Agreed. The gameplay is on the low side of average, but the psychological aspects make the game.

I'd think about Borderlands. Already have everything for Borderlands 1, and everything, every single frigging DLC aside from a bunch of the character skins that aren't the commando's (my go-to class) for Borderlands 2.

I know it'll take a while to see what all ends up here, but I've got time. Still deciding what to play next, just from a pack of about 30.
