No need to apologize, don't worry about it. Did it to myself, after all. (And will probably do so again soon.)
So I played an Xbox One for the first time (well technically second time, but I forgot about the first time, which lasted all of about ten minutes a few weeks ago...shut up) tonight. I played one of those new Battlefield/Call of Duty/etc games in multiplayer against a friend, it was...a thing? No real takeaways or opinions, but I had fun doing the good ol' couch co-op, which (outside of a few weeks ago) I hadn't done in at least a decade.

Anyway, I'm a good bit tired and will be heading to bed soon. I slept about an hour last night and then had to work a full shift at the deli, which ended up being pretty understaffed...on a holiday...with multiple large orders that led to me making over 500 pieces of fried chicken pretty much by myself...that was...a thing too. For three or four hours straight all I did was go to the cooler, pick up three bags of chicken (about ten pounds each), sort and bread the chicken and drop them in the fryer (we have two) and repeat the process the second a batch was finished.

Starting tomorrow I'm being trained for something that is going to be a big deal for the deli and the grocery store as a whole, which could lead to me getting a raise really early here and the chance of having something really solid (in terms of deli stuff) to put on my resume once my training is complete and I have a bit of experience, so that's cool.

I hope the time of day is treating you all well.

Good evening. =)

Sounds like you've had a highly interesting day. No wonder you're so tired.

Fingers crossed that the training goes well, so you can have that extra money and security. =)
Hi everyone who's reading, hope you are doing ok, and recovering if things weren't so good.

CarrionCrow: I was eating that in between bites of German pork/liver spread. Now it feels a bit like a small fire elemental and the spirit of an angry dead pig are fighting in my stomach. -laughs-
Hi Crow, once again you've really made me laugh. Hope you recover soon.

Hey there. =)

We'll have to have a friendly hot sauce competition at some point, see who cries and runs for milk first. ;)
Good Morning, Crow and ZenWan and everyone! :)
Spicy food is good for your system, I've heard. If you can survive it, that's the big 'if' :)
Also I bet you're building a tolerance for it - so it will later only become a tasty treat and enjoyable instead of burning you like a hellfire :)
Hope you fine people are doing good?
My only complaint is I've slept too much this holiday, but then I've also had a good time. Witcher 2 turns out to be more than I hoped for. Currently walking in a forest like a hippie loving every detail :)

So... do you guys miss Insomnia yet? :-)

Good morning. *hugs, waves, and helmet tips*
Good moaning.

Welp, that was weird.

I had a rather interesting dream tonight (the bits I can remember anyway). I say interesting but the truth is that it wasn't, really. It's interesting, because of how uninteresting it was. My dream revolved around a series of circumstances, that ended up with me exploding into a senseless rage. After which I kinda self-analyzed my outburst and discussed the cause for my anger-management problems, all of it in my dream .

However my waking hours anger problems are nowhere near as bad. I keep my raging outbursts limited to private moments. And I don't have any obvious anger management issues.

It was weird however, because dreams are supposed to be weird. This however, was not.

(Also, me practicing pub-psychoanalysis on myself.)

Not really, no.
Now give me both bundles and flash sales, or daily deals this summer.
We won't though.

There should be a treehugging mod.
You can't build resistance to habaneros.

Hello, Agent! *does a morning salute*
If that's the new Insomnia, I'll be fine if it appears only once a year.
How's it there? Had a lot of Easter food? :)
In other news, I updated my system, it was long overdue.

Turns out when I removed the odious windows 10 notification, I also must have done something else, because I've been far too long without an update.

The W10 notification is back on though. Lesigh!

Yeah, that would be a cool mod! Geralt mumbling things like 'Cosmic, dude' and giving hugs to trees ^___^

Are you sure about the habaneros? ...I've gone from 'everything hurts' to having a moderate resistance and only the really heavy stuff making my eyes water and still burning a lot less... but I have almost no experience with habaneros. Mostly Southeast-Asian cuisine... but there are some mean dishes there too.
*sleepy hugs and waves*

Good morning, folks! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! Trying to keep my eyes open and to start making a bit of sense of the world. Maybe it'll all start coming together in another hour or two. ;)

Force it to, with congealed coffee.

So I decided to check my HD's health. After a quick google search, I settled for CrystalDiskMark which is sorta Open Source and has nice reviews.
So I get to the webpage and find the software, no problem, there are two versions, the standard and the Shizuku version, with the latter weighing 5 times as much as the standard.

I go for the heftier package and install it.

Turns out the Shizuku version differs from the standard version in only one thing.
Cute anime girls.
