Have we seen Agent actively refusing to sell cars? I don't think so.

Aside from pyromaniac tendencies...how are you doing?
j0ekerr: It IS an in-universe justification, whether it's half-baked or not is in the eye of the beholder.
Personally I think it's three-quarters baked.
The Nolan movies were basically that already. If you really want to see that one as a movie, the animated one should scratch any itch you still have.
You probably can't remember, but there was a time, people liked Lobo, unironically.
The whole pòint of creating Bane, was to replace Bruce Wayne with a more exxxtreem, 90's-radical, psychotic with a punisher-like morality.
And they actually liked it, at first at least.
I actually liked him better than Bale. He's more convincing as Bruce Wayne as well.
Yes...that's true... Personally I think it's three-quarters baked.

Agreed. Begins also had a lot in common with Year One...
Still sad about the missed potential with Dark Knight Rises - wasn't a bad movie but it could've been so much better....
Haven't seen the animated one yet...only know the adaptation of Dark Knight Returns in one episode of the old Animated Series which is a fantastic series btw....
Well i heard they're going to make a Lobo movie because of the success of Deadpool...
I never read Knightfall....i grew up with the animated series but never got really into Batman until a few years ago...
That's good - also had my problems with Bale as Batman and Bruce Wayne.

ddickinson: Thank you, that one made me smile.
I have never actually seen the cartoon series, it was a little before my time, but I know who he is.
Edit: I just looked, and I never knew he was in so many comics and things. For some reason I thought it was just an old early 1980s tv series.
The 80's were a decade of franchise milking, just like any other decade, now that I think about it. I have never actually seen the cartoon series, it was a little before my time, but I know who he is.

But G.I.Joe and Transformers stood out, because they were both Hasbro toy-lines, both with long-running saturday morning cartoons, and both had a moderately successful marvel comic-book series.

Maybe. But it would be better if we could start getting some decent sleep and not even need the badge. :-)

I knew about the cartoons, I remember my brothers used to love the Transformer cartoons. But I was not aware of how big they were in comics and things. Granted I wouldn't as I don't really follow comics that much. But G.I.Joe and Transformers stood out, because they were both Hasbro toy-lines, both with long-running saturday morning cartoons, and both had a moderately successful marvel comic-book series.

ddickinson: Sorry, I could not resist posting the picture. I am trying my best to be my usual silly self to take my mind of a few things. I will stop causing you to hiss in rage. *wonders if Agent is actually a snake wearing a helmet* o_O
I am glad you are liking the game. Soccorro gifted me FTL earlier today, so once I am feeling up to it I finally get to name the crew after the regulars here and then get them all brutally and painfully killed in a heroic space battle. :-)
I hope your day is still going good? *more big hugs*

Good luck with FTL. I'd be interested to hear how the first flight goes, whenever you get around to it.
I'm doing good enough. Nothing worth complaining about. Just enjoying a quiet evening, alternating between a game and random internet browsing. Nothing too exciting, which is usually fine with me :-)

What difficulty level should I play it on? (If it even has them). Good luck with FTL. I'd be interested to hear how the first flight goes, whenever you get around to it.

I will be sure to make up some silly stories to go along with the battles. :-)
I am glad to hear you are doing good. Sorry to hear things are still bothering you, but I am really happy that you are feeling better. I hope things continue that way for you.

The comics were quite interesting. They followed their own continuity completely separate from that of the cartoon (which confused me a lot at first). There was even more than one Transformers comic. Marvel UK published their own version (that featured some future-big-name artists). that again had a different continuity from the American one, and in my opinion, was superior.
Their origin as a toy-line also had an interesting side-effect on the comics. Since they had to showcase, every new transformer toy that came out at least once. They had an endless supply of new characters. These characters were mostly abandoned as new toys replacing the old ones were rolled out. Add to that the fact that they were robots instead of humans, and thus had no fleshy bits that could offend. And you had a recipe for the writers to go wild on a mechanical gore-fest, in which they gleefully butchered minor characters that were introduced just an issue or two earlier by the dozen. Turning the comic into a robotic version of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Kids absolutely loved it.

So he went with the roman imperalis counterpart.

Hm....haven't had a CFFA Song of the Day for quite awhile: Poets of the Fall - War
Good to hear that. Nearly the same here - but i'm doing good :)
I also have trouble with that ;)
And wouldn't "Ave" be the roman imperalis counterpart to the H-word you're referring to?
