Sounds logical....never tried a proper e-book reader thus far....although i'm currently thinking of getting a tablet which could maybe substitute an e-book reader....

Biggest problem with my Nook is the way it clobbers anything with color illustrations, I have to go to my other tablet if I want color pics/drawings.

In my experience, they're usually collective hysteria, and/or lots of booze.
Well it's an e-ink device. It's designed for monochrome text.
Unless you're talking about a Nook HD or something?

Nope, it's the very original e-ink one. I know it won't show the pics properly but it messes up the formatting too. That's why I use the tablet for things like that.

Hello Crow, hello super if you've survived the controller crash and the left alone-ness.

GoG wouldn't let me in today, very strange error I got when I logged in. Then I found I could see my library and wishlist, but couldn't post or chat.

Finally gave up before I got too cross, and went off to do other things. Now that my internet time is up, it works perfectly.

Yeah, not sure either! :) but it's alright... the game looks alright and not too annoying to play with mouse+keyboard... it's just that I find it hard to give up trying to get the controller recognized - a common problem it seems :)

Well, that's good, at least. It always sucks when you grab a new game and there's some problem that prevents you from playing it.

No, not yet. Got very tired of having to redo the same parts of the last level repeatedly. Going to be getting back to it in a bit.

Okay. Yeah a nice good break in a situation like that can do wonders :)
Finally, fixed the controller issue - all I needed was a certain beta version of x360ce and then some tweaking - no other version apparently does the trick, lovely ;)
I'm also taking a break from Planescape - man that dialogue was getting to me :) ... after half a day fighting zombies should be enough to get me back into the planes...

Just finished it off. No more breaks, another item for the corpse pile.

Very cool. =) Some games work better with mouse/keyboard, but trying to use that setup for games originally meant for controllers can get awkward.
