It is very nice to see you again. No need to be sorry about missing people, it happens quite a lot on here, what with timezones and things coming up in real life. I hope you have been taking care of yourself and that you are doing well? I have not been reading back due so sorry if you have answered these questions previously. I need to start making more of an effort to go back and read what I miss, maybe when my head is a little better.
I was offline for a very long time, only recently come back to GoG and this thread. Moved house and country last year, it all took a long time and a lot of money, and it's not easy trying to start over, although kind friends have helped. Sadly the internet connection here is slow and very expensive, so I'm usually only around in the free night time session, which ends a few hours before most people are online. But luckily for me Crow is usually here, and often also superstande, so I do have friendly people to chat to. <big smile>
Hope you slept well, and wake refreshed and happy.

It does still make me a bit nervous, but I don't use it very often. The food ended up not being very good, but given that the recipe used wasn't even for a pressure cooker in the first place, it still could've been worse.
No need to worry, I'll end up crashing out eventually whether it visibly helps or not. Not really staying up for days like I used to, presumably due to general fatigue.
I'm sorry, your post hasn't completed yet. I'm only able to read it due to psychic ability. (Yes, I'm reading your mind. Be afraid...;) )
I hope you're having a pleasant enough morning so far, with a nice big cup of coffee to start things off. =)
I didn't see your post until the one I wrote to dd showed up, and then your post and zeo's appeared out of the mist.
Sorry to hear that the food wasn't so good - in my experience most food like that benefits from long slow cooking, but I gather you didn't have that option.
Hope you do get a good night's rest, and that it helps to hit the cold on the head once and for all.
It's raining harder now, been raining softly all night, wonderful to hear the raindrops falling on the leaves. Very qyuet here, just the odd bird chirp and occasionally the frog sound of the hadedas grazing - some of them are shrieking but far away. Lovely morning.

Glad you liked it, even if math isn't your thing. That's a good site for puzzles. Hope all is well in your beautiful part of the world.

Hadedas? So you're in Africa, then? Neat.

Hadedas - I call them the Mordor birds, make cute little frog noises when they are grazing. Crow says they are telling their friends that there is plenty of food here, and he should know. ;-)
Best that they stay on the ground, the noise they make when flying is not one you want to hear except in your nightmares.
I made a fresh pot of coffee to share with Crow, but I fear he has gone. Would you like some, or are you a tea person? I can offer you rooibos tea, very healthy and tasty also.

Thankfully the posts showed up at all. Way too much spinning circle, "the stuff's kinda loading but very slowly" junk.
Yes, I'm pretty sure it would have been better if the recipe had been kept to. But the person wanted it done a certain way, so all I could do was try to help and salvage things a bit.
That sounds fantastic. Definitely one of the best mornings possible, right there. =)

Your friend is lucky you were there to help. Without you I'm sure it would have been a disaster.
Sharing coffee with you - the morning is now even better. :-)

Without me there, it would have been cooked to inedible oblivion. They turned the machine on high without realizing it...
Yes, coffee with a friend is certainly preferable to having some by yourself. =)

Sorry I disappeared without a word, Firefox crashed on me (too many open tabs, I fear). Just diving back in to say goodbye, as my free time is over. Take care, have a good evening / day.

Morning! I'm half asleep today but so is my computer so I guess it's somewhat contagious.

Good mooooooorning Fred!
I'm off to teach grandpas how to use their tablets. I'll be seeing you all later on.
Oh, spam! Delicious grammar massacred, almost unintelligible spam about buying weapons.
If I can buy a telluric scythe of internet ball-cutting +3, I'm game.
