FearfulSymmetry: Oh hey, I hadn't noticed! *throws confetti* *party music*

Good evening, Agent. :D How are you doing today?
*hangs a disco ball and opens a bottle of champagne* :-)

Pretty awful, to be honest. More medication related stuff. But, I think I'll be able to sleep soon, and I'm confident that tomorrow will be better, so no worries. Can't win everyday :-p

Hopefully you won't need to get your wisdom teeth removed more than twice ;-p I'll keep my *fingers crossed* that they (and everything else in your life) won't give you too much trouble.

Ixamyakxim: Are you fucking kidding me??? You don't know how much I'm losing my mind, swearing at the computer like a child right now.

I think I saw all of one print preview of this game in a magazine a year or two ago and thought it looked AMAZING. I wasn't sure I'd get the chance to grab it though, as a lot of seemed like it was going to be "linked" via a central server (DRM).

That it's coming here is mind blowing as I admit, despite loving everything about what I read about the game in that brief preview, I haven't followed its progress much since (I didn't know it was so close!). I assumed it would be almost MMO like and there'd be no shot of a GoG release! Yay!
You're not the only one. I also really looking forward to it although i need a new computer for it...
Apparently it's single-player only (at the moment). Not having any kind of online DRM on that one is really great news.

ElTerprise: Well i never actually had original Senseo pads. I always used cheap ones from Aldi which are quite good imho :P

O.O....oh my... well good luck for the next days....that sounds awful :)

I see. Well i didn't liked that thought either but in the end the whole procedure was was ok :)
Oh, maybe I need to raid the Aldi then. :P

Haha, thanks. I can deal with it, I just wish I had a few days to take a bit of a breather.

That's good. :) Although I guess it really depends on each individual case. One of my housemates had her wisdom teeth taken out a couple of weeks ago and it turned into a very long and painful procedure because the dentist couldn't manage to get them out ... And then she got an infection on top of it. :P I just hope it won't be like that for me.

Well, I think I should go to bed, because I'm getting really tired. Have a good day, everyone! :) *hugs and waves*

Haha, fancy! Too bad my bed is calling to me ... :P

Ugh, stupid medication. *kicks Agent's medication's butt* Sleep is a pretty good idea though. I'm looking forward to getting some sleep myself. ;) Hopefully you'll feel b etter in the morning. *big get well hug*

Haha, thanks, I appreciate it! :)

'Night! And good luck.

And DON'T SMOKE! I don't know if you're a smoker or not but most of the people I know that had issues with infection and wisdom teeth were smokers! They couldn't wait that week or so to light up and ended up with something we in the US call "Dry Sockets" - DON'T SMOKE ;)

Well depends on which one do you have. Aldi North or South and if they actually have those pads in the Netherlands :P

You're welcome. And that's more than understandable - hope you will be able to get at least some rest on the weekend :)

Well i guess it helped that it wasn't done by my dentist. I actually had to visit an orthodontist for the removal..

Have a good night and sleep well *big good night hug* :)

Good night, and thanks! :)

Don't worry, I am totally not a smoker! (Even just inhaling someone else's smoke gives me a headache.) But neither is my roommate and she still managed to get that infection. :P

Hey now, we only have the one Aldi. What are all these different variants? :P Haha, I suppose the logo of ours looks more like the first one, though.

Oh yeah, sometimes for complicated cases they'll even send you to a specialized dentist/surgeon.

Good night! (For real this time ...) :P *big hug*

Well the company was founded by brothers who split Germany between them. North is only available in the northern parts and South only in the southern parts - and they actually have slightly different assortments. Then you have Aldi North :)

Wasn't a difficult but my dentist actually never does those surgeries....

Good night *night hug*

ElTerprise: EDIT:
What? https://www.gog.com/game/no_mans_sky
Awesome :D
Awesome! This is!
Watched the trailer my brother showed me, a few months ago... And I was like that's probably just PS4 and Steam...
*starts wondering if it will run on my laptop at all and turns grey with worry*

CarrionCrow: -laughs- Some context - Owl lady was trying to torture me into submission with some French singer person.
My response was to throw out a handful of audio awfulness far, far worse than what she passed to me.
I've gotta know what it was! If it was Aqua...well the jokes on you!, Barbie Girl is my jam! I mean it's not my ONLY jam, but it's one of them.

In other news...yep being technically homeless (no home of your own, stuck bouncing between friend's couches) DOES suck. What a shocker, eh?

The man with the best big boot in wrasslin' history! Also, mesh shirts.
Gaming celebrations are in order! I JUST solved Pillars of Eternity! I *almost* swear I didn't just spend three months of gaming time wrapping that one up... really, I *swear* ;) !

Fuck you! I'm going to have this one in my head for the next week now, thank you very much ;) I'm kidding about the initial FU by the way.

In all seriousness though, best of luck to you. You'll be in my thoughts and I hope you're able to 1) continue to find friends / family to "shack up" with or 2) find a place of your own in the near term. Regardless here's hoping you're able to work out a way to find a steady home and not fall into a worse situation.

*EDIT for some weird forum "not letting me post" moments

LOL it's actually funny you'd quote that post! I was trying to make (basically) the post I made above this one, including a response to yours but for whatever reason the forum kept spinning spinning spinning on me. So I eventually made the "TEST" post just to see if something would go up.

And then of course my post above WASN'T an edit because I got yours in between.

Come on lxamyakxim, let's go party!

To celebrate you beating Pillars of Eternity of course! Three months? Sounds like it has a LOT of depth, how'd ya like it overall?

And thanks! I should be back on my feet in a few months, even if it means kicking around the ol' couch circuit until I can finish securing my student loans and/or move into my college's dorms.

Good luck then, glad there's a least a potential of a way for you!

I... had a rough time getting into it (I actually had a save titled something like "From Meh to Awesome") and the last week was rough up until the actual official "endgame" - which was excellent.

But the time in between that was a lot of fun. I'm not even sure why as the story never sort of unfolded - it was more like leaping from one event to the next. But by the end game, I realized that each of the "vignettes" was significant and interesting. And while it may not have seemed to fit into a greater plot moving forward at the time, in the end it was contributing to my character existing in the world. Tough to explain, but like I said; that midgame, as my character went from a lowly caravan member to a significant persona in the world was a fun journey. Which oddly enough fits in with the "metagame" of the game.
