I considered getting it, but apparently Richard Simmons has some sort of Simmonsgames DRM which I don't want to use.

That is the one thing I didn't get, since I don't have anyone in person to play with. It'd just gather dust.
I grabbed the next to highest tier instead. If you decide to grab it, be ready for a wait. The site is getting nailed silly right now, I have not yet managed to download even a single file.

Hopefully the price won't spike too much higher in the meantime. That thing is frigging popular. They've done about a quarter million in sales so far.

I don't think the first tier will change, no biggie anyway, it's like I really NEED it. :-)

Yeah, I kinda doubt it, and the first tier has what a new player needs. Core rulebook, advanced class guide for more options at later levels, and there you go.
I went for everything since I had a little coin left and I was looking for a good pen and paper fantasy RPG that wouldn't have a crazy high price to get started.

That Pathfinder bundle is crazy. Though it's kinda funny that there's no complete adventure path in there from what I can see. They practically guarantee that people will have to buy more of their stuff with that.

Yeah, they definitely set a few things up to hook people in harder. Fortunately, I can make crap up fairly quickly. Removes that feeling of needing full pre-made adventures immediately.
