CarrionCrow: Gotta say, I am really enjoying the whole time shift on releases thing.
With more things coming out at 6 a.m. local time, the experience can shift from the normal 3 a.m. impatience to either a feeling of "hey, there's something big coming!" or "hey, they're fucking finally doing Insomnia again, this is gonna be great!", only to be disappointed almost every single time...
I think it really sets a good overall feel for releases with that kind of excitement behind them.
I don't like the shifting of the release time. Before it fit perfectly in my lunch break :D

All the more reason to dislike it then. ;)
*runs into the Thread like a roadrunner*

-Did someone say, 'Insomnia' ?

:P

Also Hello Regulars' Gang! :)

CarrionCrow: And since I'm thinking about Insomnia? The last Insomnia's ending was bullshit. Full-on, straight-up, total goddamn motherfucking BULLSHIT.
Not only did they pull the plug before it finished, they pulled the plug while I was fucking trying through sheer force of venom and hatred to propel Anomaly Defenders into Jack Keane 2's spot of infamy.
I know it's ultimately a very silly thing, but I don't think I'm going to stop being pissed off about that ending any time soon.

Nope! My memory only goes back 9 months. Can't remember the last Insomnia. I have one entire memory of it - Buying Indiana Jones and the Something Something on its last run, and I only remember that because every time I see it in my library, I have no memory of buying it. (Yes - my only memory is something that I don't remember doing :-))

Who cares if you remember. It is Indiana Jones. Go play that game :P
Good day people :-) Hope you're all happy, well and happy (happy is good)

What's this Insomnia talk - there isn't another brain-drain heading our way, is there?

No one knows, since gog never talks to us about sales before they actually happen ;-)

It's okay, nothing major to worry about remembering. Just something that made me mad.

Good afternoon. =)

Screaming's at a bare minimum. Could always be worse.
How've things been going for you?

And no, no Insomnia that anyone knows of. Moon said it perfectly. GOG barely communicates, so no one would know until about 20 minutes beforehand.

Phew - I could see another ten days of sleepless nights looming....

How are you today? (say good, please!)

Practicing for American Idol, huh?

Things are ok here - just been looking at a new place to live, and it was surprisingly nice, so I'm feeling a little unnerved..:\ (its usually at this point that shit starts looking for fans...).

20 minutes? Well, at least they've extended the advance warning time...

That wouldn't be screaming, that would be me doing my best impersonation of a cat being slowly fed into a blender.

Maybe it's time for the turnaround, where things can get a little bit easier and everything doesn't have to go to shit as soon as you get the feeling that things are going too well.

Uh huh...20 minutes if you looked on the right thread.

The only good cat is a 'blendered' cat... :-)

Good day, Sir Stilty!
Dunno if they'll even do another, let alone when... but the last one started March 2. Just sayin' :-)

Hey there, soldier :-)

I'm not sure they'll do another one, either....fingers crossed they won't.... As a format I think it was ok once or twice, but any more and it becomes a little off-putting.

How's the paper crafting, any projects going?

As long as they are not too frequent, I like Insomnia. Once every year sounds good to me. Gives me a good amount of time to cool off from the last one, and begin missing it :-p

Haven't done much paper crafting these last few days. Been more focused on studying. I'm trying to finally get my high school equivalency. I forgot how much I "love" math :-) ... got a couple projects in mind though.

You've got a good brain under that helmet - its surprising how much a loved subject can open a life up for the better. I found that with art - when I was really into it things became pleasantly 'different'. Life was better. Stress relief, I suppose, and free expression. Works wonders.
