Ixamyakxim: Good night! And which Xcom?

I'm off to make some gabigool (capicola) and eggs. Yum(?). ;)
sounds like a perfect... snack? breakfast? second noonfast?
I beat that Xcom remake... that with full 3d environs or whatnot...
a cool game, but kinda got tired of the tactical battles in the end and made lotsa mistakes... but it was fun..
okay... gotta sleep.

superstande: Arfhgh... beat Xcom... now I'm beat.
I'll have a glass of water and then fall asleep somewhere.

Ah, Stilton nice to "see" you back! :)

Good night goggers!
Hi Super!

Don't forget to brush that tooth of yours before bed. :-)

Good to see you, too. :-)

ElTerprise: I'm off for dinner. See you all later :)
Have a good meal. :-)

ElTerprise: Hi Agent *big return hug*
How are you doing?
Man, it's a hot one... Like seven inches from the midday sun... (Guess what the hell I'm talking about and get a cookie :-))

Stilton: Hi, Agent! How are you doing? I like your avatar - it seems a lot more 'you.' (there's are two compliments in there somewhere). :-)

Do you know Frank Stella's work? Its not visually similar, but he was into layers of images as well (i might've got your image hopelessly wrong - I don't have essentials installed and I'm assuming your [postage stamp size] image is in layers). You can ignore me if you want, I won't be offended... :-)

*Big its good to see you hug*
Doing alright. Another day of medication side effects kicking my arse, but otherwise I'm feeling quite good, and smiling as always. Plus, my neighbour just brought over a cake a few minutes ago, so I'm extra-happy :-)

Haven't heard of him, no. I just did a quick Oogle search and his stuff definitely looks cool! My inspiration is more from Luke Whittaker (Lume and Lumino City) and a little bit of South Park :-p I'm madly in love with construction paper... Here is the full size avatar.

*return hug*
I have long chest hair. I remember being in the hospital about a year and half ago. Three days, and the absolute worst part was getting those damn electrodes ripped off my chest :-p No fun...

Thanks for the image. :-) I prefer it to the other one (which I also liked). Were the wooden defenses in the background intentionally arranged to look like a large smiling bear half submerged in water (more apparent in the smaller image), or have I just passed the point of no return?

It's whatever you want it to be ;-)

(*dropping the pretentious artist act* - No, that was not intentional, but I can see it! That's very interesting :-D)

Stilton: Hey, we all know you're really The Incredible Hulk...

Just read a quick resume of Deadpool - sounds a bit like Sam Raimi's Darkman, which was good. I'll give it a go, thanks :-)
I'm the real life version. (Which just makes me a big guy who screams a lot.)

I liked it a lot. Thought it'd be worth actually going to the theater after not doing so for about a decade, and it totally was. Might end up going again since it'll be playing for another week.

ElTerprise:
Okay, you don't need any of my treatments then. -puts eight inch syringe full of glowing green fluid away...for now...-

It's okay, just the fun of the process. I knew it'd be this way when I started. As soon as the negative outweighs the positive, I'll ditch all of it and go back to normal.
avatar
AgentBirdnest: *big comforting helmet tip* (that's the first time in history anyone has done that. I oogled it and got zero results :-))
Seriously though, it sucks. Hopefully the side effects don't last long. It's always fun™ *rolls eyes* 9__9
-laughs- That does make for a unique mental image.

Yes, it certainly does. Still getting used to it.

Stilton: Were you scratching your nose to get at one of those deep inside itches (or maybe it was your ear...) and making the appropriate vocalization?
LOL I actually wish it were this to be honest. Thank you for the visual image.

It's a bit of a bastardization and extension of... my dog's name. Or more appropriately one of his "aliases."
i want a banana.

Ixamyakxim: Oooh fun you went to the movies? Can he teleport? I know more than the average person about comic characters, but I've never read comics. For some reason I have the impression he teleports - does he in the movies? Or am I totally wrong about this?
Yes, I did. It was a lot of fun.

No, he doesn't teleport. He has a combination of superhuman strength, superhuman agility and the ability to regenerate any wound he takes.

You might be thinking of Nightcrawler from the X-Men series. They're the most well-known teleporter in comics, I think.

Late lunch - though it could also be a good breakfast. I loved the remake (played it on console), and I'm even a crusty vet of the original. Actually all the recent XCom action has been very good - Xenonauts is fantastic as well. Heck, I even enjoyed the shooter - I rented that one (at an actual store! ;) ). But obviously I didn't go into that looking for "XCOM" per se, more a reimagining in a new light.

I go to the cinema just a tad more frequently than you - in the last decade its been two (or three?) Bond movies. It'll be interesting to see who they choose for the next incarnation now that Daniel Craig has (apparently) opted out.

Only one I seen in a cinema was a view to a kill lol
