CarrionCrow: It has been a few hours...
I shoved all the shortcut icons in their own folder. GOG, Steam, whatever. (Was running out of desktop space.)
Then I just pull out what looks interesting.

Additional - Brussel sprouts are surprisingly good. Still surprised at my newly acquired taste for them.

toxicTom: Still... 400?! What size is your games HDD? 4TB?

Brussel sprouts... in German Rosenkohl ("rose cabbage"). One of my favourite dishes - if done right. My wife does them totally awesomely. With lots of butter and breadcrumbs. And of course the sprouts themselves have to have experienced frost, so they get that bitter-sweet taste... And now I'm getting hungry, damn... ;-)

*Good night hugs* everybody. It's time I get some rest.

*hugs* goodnight tom!
*wallop in*

Good midnight everybody! Couldn't sleep so I got up again to give a new Total Annihilation mod a whirl (Frenzy, for those interested).

I've been having a mildly productive day today, plenty of work from school to keep me busy; That helped my mind sort out things some too.

Olala, Sprouts :)

Still, the best thing I ever ate was in a cozy traditional German restaurant in Xanten; A golden-baked crispy, crusted Sauerkraut casserole with mashed potatoes, molten cheese and pieces of sausage (rookworst, how do you say?). Divine, truly ...

i kind of have a dislike for the "haute cuisine". the more traditional and simple peasants' kitchen is far further up my alley. And of course the whole beautiful-plate-with-not-much-on-it syndrome of highly ranked restaurants :p
Now I am hungry too

Sorry, I shouldn't have.

I hope that it will turn out your hearth is not being the problem :/

Having to wear that sounds really annoying too. Doesn't it have a "mute" button somewhere?

I've got 2 terabytes in this one. A lot of the games are smaller, I don't have 400 ridiculously large sized ones in there.

Breadcrumbs...haven't tried that way yet. Did mine with just a bit of bacon, some olive oil, garlic, light cheese, lemon. Very good, and I have no doubt that there are better ways to prepare them.

Doesn't really make any noise but is uncomfortable for me when I try to rest and does vibrate when either something messes up or needs charged etc. Don't be sorry I love German food. Aunt was from there and would make it for me

They go very well with curry too! ;)

I feel a bit humbled with my 400 GB...

Same here, though I don't know if I would consider my beloved Pasta part of the peasants' kitchen.

Bacon.... Light Cheese... Now all I can think about is Pasta Carbonara!
Can we change the topic? All I have around me right now are sweets, and... I am not a sweets guy.
As-Good-As-It-Gets Morning!
Our new Russell Hobbs coffee maker is getting a test drive!
Our old one was a combination of two different, quite old makers.
The coffee tasted... like something made to wake you up, but not in a nice way.
Like a face slap :)

And now... could those aliens give up already! ...I'm kinda ready to play something else.
Something not good in XCom - there's not much in my opinion - There are not many ufos to build and fly, as far as I know. And the aerial combat could have been made more involving, like in Xenonauts.
*Sunday hugs and waves*
*hugs everyone* :)
*sleepy Sunday hugs*
*randomly slings a puzzle*
What day would tomorrow be if yesterday was five days before the day after Sunday's tomorrow?
