Lots of years ago there was one evening when I was in a pretty deep hole. And I mean, really deep and dark. I was so depressed, I loaded up Quake, started a lonely multiplayer session, then I picked up the rocket launcher went up to a wall and *boom* *splatter*.
And again.
And again.
...

After a while it got boring so I tried different ways to kill myself. Drowning, jumping in lava, even running up a tower and jumping down (takes 5 health, so 20 times to die...). Then I tried to make things more spectacular, rocketjump to the ceiling and splatter there to have it rain down. R-jump across the whole level into a small lava pool...

In the end, when I had enough, I quit the game, and went out and had a beer, even met some friends.

That's good. Don't need your feathers falling out from too much work-related crap weighing on your mind.

You can do it. It'll be fun...unless you're so scared that you start screaming.
