Here we use both terms but to different situations. A referendum is used when a given law is already set and approved by the congress and senate but the government seeks the population to ratify or reject the law partially or entirely. The plebiscite is used when the government wants the public opinion on a subject before any law is set to regulate it.

There may be that distinction here too. I am not at all politically savvy. :/

Interesting. Honestly i'm not entirely sure if there is difference in the usage of those terms here but in the recent case it's definitely a referundum according to your definition.

Can't complain here. Deciding on a game to play in between watching videos. How's your day going?

Nice and quiet. Spent the whole afternoon cuddled up on the sofa, watching winter sports and playing Puzzle Bobble on my 3DS.

Really not much else to do with the weather outside.

Went to a doctor to get my eye examined.
A stye. A fucking stye is on my left eyelid. All I have to do now is clean my eye with a special anti septic,apply some eyedrop and wash it with tap water every now and then.
