Good morning, lovely Owl!
Hare are you today?
*big morning hug*
AgentBirdnest: *puts fingers in ears* LA LA LA LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU :-O
Out of everything in the sale, I've only played the first two Witcher games. Both are quite time consuming, yeah. Probably 30 hours each(?) Definitely good games, though. Is it The Witcher 1 that has the ladies boobs jiggle about in the opening scenes of the game? I saw a clip of one and she was just walking yet they were bouncing around all silly. I will never understand the whole point of the jiggle features, it just looks silly most of the time and out of place. But I guess many love it as more and more games do it now. I wonder if they will start to give the men jiggle technology? o_O :-)
Good morning, ELT! *hug*

Hope you're all doing fine :)
[...]
I see - so a decent game then. And it drawed your interest to the Roaring Twenties...doesn't sound too bad for a game, eh?
A little bit, yeah. I spent some time after finishing the game reading about the Florida land boom of the 20s :-p Some of the characters were actually real people, which was quite fascinating to me. But, yeah, a decent game, not much more or less than that :-)
And we are about to talk 4.3 times more now that you are here :-)
"Not too bad" ... hopefully that means "excellent"... I'll keep my fingers crossed that it does...

I'm fine, thanks... what about you ?
How was your evening out ? :)
**Big morning hug back**
My evening was very nice, thank you. We did not go to a nice restaurant as planned, as my partner and our friends decided we should go to their home for some nice food and drink, that way I would not feel bad if I was not up to it all. Which was nice, as I was not in the best of health on the evening, but it was still a lovely evening.
Did you have a nice evening?

Good morning DD *big hug*
Pretty much the same as yesterday - i'm okay.
How are you doing today?
Cool. That's interesting and not not too common (aside from the Assassin's Creed Series i guess).

Male jiggle technology... Why not? They spend so much time on breasts and even hair (Witcher 3's hair technology can have like 100,000 hairs on an animal if I understand correctly? o__O) The technology is certainly there...
Hm... I'm not going to have to dress up as an alligator-of-liberty stripper to get you to "excellent", am I? >__o

Good moaning.
I had one of those wanting to bang your head against the wall moments yesterday.
I'm at the library, doing some math problems and I'm stuck on this one. I give up and try to ask for help. Fortunately a group of biotech girls in front of me have math background and they offer to help me. So I bring my notebook over and start to describe one of them what I've been doing and while I do so, I realize I had multiplied the wrong bit.
So anyways how are yez? I've got stuff to do, like always. And almost sure I won't be able to finish it in time but what the hell. Let's try anyways.
ddickinson: That is good to hear.

*big sleepy return hug* That's nice to know, that you're well enough to enjoy a nice evening out. Step by step. :-)
Gods. I don't tire of listening to "Beyond the Red Mirror".
PS: This bit with the matrices is done. Onto determinants now!

Hi all! *waves* :)
ddickinson: It is really good, if I remember correctly. It was very different from the usual Disney stuff, which is probably why it did not do well. Here is the trailer:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHiyYSuveJ4 I fell asleep so I missed your conversation on the Black Cauldron, but I agree that it is very good. It always frightened me as a child but I like it a lot now, and John Hurt delivers a fantastic performance as the Horned King.

Ahhhhh
Got about ten seconds of a Bang Tango song stuck in my head and I can't remember what song it's from. Tried googling what lyrics are included in that ten seconds but the only Bang Tango results are for the wrong song. To be fair I might be tired enough to squeezing the chorus of one song into another song.
By the way, check out Bang Tango if you're into gothy 80s hard rock with a touch of funk (their first two albums at least). Think Gene Loves Jezebel meets The Cult.

I am good, thank you. A little sleepy, but good.

It wouldn't look so bad if it was scaled back and more "normal" but often they seem so fake and over-exaggerated to the point that it just looks silly and distracting, not realistic. The technology might be there, but for a lot of the male audience's attitude towards such things is not there. Most would hate that kind of thing, the same way they do with a lot of things if you take the female stereotypes in games and apply them to men in games.
