Hey guys. I'll barely be able to check here today, but I'll review what you folks say after work.

I bought Freedom Force yesterday for a work trip and can't get it to run. I get a splash screen, my screen goes black, I get a cursor for a moment, then it crashes to desktop.

I'm using a very old laptop I use to play old games that runs WinXP (no service packs).

Dell Inspiron 5100

It exceeds all requirements.

My thought is that I may be missing some sort of codec or something, but I really don't know.

I have Direct X 9.0c

Does anyone have any tips I can try?

I said earlier, if this game is one day -67% discounted (20 euros), I'd instant-buy it... Now it's still 30 euros... I hesitate... but I don't think I'll buy it though, because 1) right now, I'm kinda broke, and 2) I'm still playing the first game, so... I'm not about to play the 3 before a while...

There are so many RPG`s I bought that I still havent played (among other titles Im playing The Witcher 2 now), The Witcher 3 has to wait a bit longer.
