Thank you. If she was gone for years I would have gone after her after a day or so, I hate being away from her. Which I know many will think is silly, but she is the lady I love, my whole life, and I always miss her when she is away.

Doing fine. I already have a pretty good idea of the world that my novel will take place and I'm studying my Sin City books and watching all of my Noir film collection so I can try to make that style of narrative.

That doesn't sound silly at all, to me at least. A day without the most important person in your life can feel like two or three forevers. They say "absence makes the heart grow fonder"... I'm not sure if that's good or bad though... :-p

Well we spent much of our early year together apart due to us going to different universities quite far away, but we did see each other most weekends and kept in touch, but it is much nicer being together. Who knows, maybe the distance at the start did make the heart grow fonder, but then I love her just as much a I ever have from the moment I first set eyes on her.
