Can't really expect anyone to keep up with this thread. It's not uncommon for 20 pages to go by in a day. We tend to get chatty, hence the "conversational" part of the title ;-)

I agree. I also have not ( and won't be) switching to tablet ebooks. I prefer the feel of turning an actual page with the world in my hand. Plus I've spent far too much on my Dragonlance collection. ^-^

That's definitely an advantage of ebooks and recently actually loaded some epubs on my smartphone because the subway is often way too crowded to read a book. And i actually like the idea of Umberto Eco who dreams of a vast digital library of books from which you can print those the way you like. A nice utopia :)

Don't know if he meant it to be free although i could imagine that.
He is. I read Name of the Rose, The Prague Cemetry and Baudolino by him and some of his non-fictional stuff as well.

-laughs- Too much chair sleeping makes me informal, apparently.

Can't complain here. Thinking of something to do for the anniversary. Aside from that, just the usual stuff happening. Nothing too terribly exciting.

Sounds about right. Could, but who wants to hear that crap. Would rather talk about silly stuff and video games.

Listening to loud music and having a drink in between sorting game icons on my desktop.

Yes, that's what I was referring to. Don't have any other anniversaries of importance to keep track of, fortunately.
