I didn't mean actors specfically but for example when a franchise is rebooted to broaden the audience which often ignores the old fans (like the Star Trek reboot did imho)

It seems like Americans worship celebrities much more than other countries (I could be totally wrong, but this is the impression I get lately.) I am not immune to this ,',':-( but still, I don't fully understand how. I guess we are just totally bombarded with celebrities all day long, so we start to worship them like gods, and do whatever they say. I mean, daytime talk shows on every channel, followed by gossip shows on every channel, followed by celebrities in the news on every channel, followed by night-time talk shows on every channel. Plus, the newspapers and news websites all talk about them, and what they are saying on twitter or whatever...
... I forget my point. When does the next Liam Neeson movie come out again? :-p

Ah, I see. But I guess reboots are completely new movies, so they only keep the old actors if it will draw in the older fans as well as the new, like they are doing with the new Star Wars films. The only reason the old cast is involved is that the older fans hated the idea of the new movies without them. So they will probably be in the first movie to please the fans then gone forever, making way for the usual Disney type characters to take over.

The definition I just looked up for breasts was:

And besides, you keep posting pictures that prove birds have boobs. Or did they just have boob jobs done? :-)

You are not wrong, but sadly your culture is spreading all over and more and more places are getting like that (waves angry fist at the Americans for ruining everything :-)). Don't forget all the award shows where they turn up in dresses worth thousands, with jewellery worth millions, then they are lead down a red carpet and given awards just for doing their jobs, and often they don;t even do them very good, I mean no accents on films, no good acting, just the same performance from the same actors no matter what film it is. Heaven forbid these actors who are paid millions actually be able to act. :-)

I don't know... I'm french !!! :-| in French "poitrine" (chest) is used for both genders... "seins" (boobs) only for woman...
