CarrionCrow: Something is glitching out in your game. All I have to back that statement up are my own playthroughs, but I'd still say that some component of your game has broken, leading to all the enemies being near superpowered.
I'm hoping that's the case. I mean, I "get" the mechanics, I beat Returns on Normal with no problem, I'm playing this one on Normal and I haven't forgotten how to play, so I shouldn't be having this much trouble. If I have to do a restart then this one is probably going way down the list on the "to be played again" list, as I'm sure you can understand why.

In other news, my touchpad's scroll feature randomly stopped working. It does that occasionally if I "x out" a game when alt-tabbed out of the game, but a reboot usually fixes it. This time it didn't. Turns out it had somehow (while I was playing Dragonfall) disabled itself, I had to go into the mouse property menu to reset it. Fun times. Oh, before you ask "why don't you always just go to the mouse property menu and reset it that way instead of rebooting your computer", it's because half the time the menu won't even pop up when the touchpad scroll has glitched.
Super, was it you who has played Interstellaria?
edit: nevermind, GOG has helped me mess this post up beyond repair.

The mechanics for Dragonfall are built on from Returns. The basics are the basics for both games. Still no reason why it's all going sideways so hard.
And yeah, if you have to do a full restart due to brokenness, that sends the game straight into "fuck this shit" territory, restart date sometime between 2016 and 2025.

(Apologies for message delay. Went to fix a snack, ended up making food for people.)

Sorry no I haven't. I vaguely remember thinking about that. But probably got sidetracked again.
All right...time to chug some Nyquil and pass out. Goodnight, everyone.

Good night! Happy dreaming! Don't dream of horribly infernal demons with red flaming hair and thirst for human blood :p
My character in Wrestling Revolution's career mode has just won his 20-ish-ith Heavyweight Championship at the age of 50. I'm not sure exactly how many Heavyweight Championships he's won (the game doesn't keep track) but it's well over 20 now, plus he's won a few lightweight titles, TV titles, Tag Team titles, etc etc. He's also just signed a new 48 week contract worth 30 thousand bucks a week guaranteed (with PPV bonuses), with creative control and health coverage. Outside of the ring he's starred in about ten movies, had a video game dedicated to his career, had his own clothing line and a bunch of other stuff. Not bad, not bad at all.

Hey, folks. So, so sleepy. Almost 5am. Lady has the day off, we're just up with the pup. Getting the tiniest bit cranky that my new pc isn't here yet, as I really want to be playing some games on it. Another few days, a week tops, I'd think. I can do it!
Not even sure if it's worth making coffee yet. May just go back to bed.
*hugs and waves all around*
Hey N2T3, what difficulty level are you playing Dragonfall?

Mystery Science Theater 3000 may come back!
Joel Hodson(the creator of the show) just released a Kickstarter project that may bring back the show for one more season.
Ok, I just must ask you guys about this, since it has been bugging me from the very beginning I saw that. What's with those yellow helmets and yellow/black stripes on some of the avatars? Is there a national strike of bricklayers going on or is that an absolutely different thing? o_O

Ahaha! If you have patience to wait for a better answer, probably someone more regular can give a more in-depth one.
It had something to do with showing support to another forumite and his project... can't recall the details :)

That's interesting. I already wanted to put a helmet on myself, thought "Maybe it's a new trend around here. Why not". But figured, I'd better get to know what I'd be getting myself into. Forumites! Enlighten me, please!

The Champ, no doubt :)
Hope he knows how to chill-out too; that sounds like a helluva career!
