akhliber: Just a little hello. Sarge is being a total spazz today. Trying to get some of this energy out. The rain has stopped for now, so I think a short walk is in order. I hope you're all enjoying your day!

*hugs and waves all around*
My sleep pattern is currently synchronized to a video game sale. That is slightly disconcerting.

Besides that, can't complain. Have a fun walk with hyper puppy. =)

ddickinson: I am the same, I was not that keen on the game, then hearing about the drama I was definitely not getting the game.

Hmmm, don't make me come over there and make you. Don't let the fact I am ill make you think you can get away with it, even if I am not well enough to physically force you I can still annoy you so much that you do it to shut me up. :-)
Save the time and money. It'd be a long trip without much payoff. It'd be cheaper and faster for you to wear the outfit and save a few thousand miles travel. Also willing to bet Endre would be much happier with your appearance.

Stilton: That kind of laziness is really annoying. It wouldn't have taken much effort to proof the text.
No, it wouldn't. With very text-heavy games, it can be excused to an extent. It should still be fixed, but at least the reason why it wasn't makes more sense in that case. With a small game, it should be in good shape.

ddickinson: So she gives you a statue and you just paint all over it? How rude. :-)
Was the original painted brown, or was that the colour of the metal?
Not at all!
The metal was originally brown, then over the years it turned to a greenish-blue due to oxidation. About a hundred years ago, it was going to be painted brown again, but people protested because they thought the greenish-blue colour looked cool :-)

I'm trying to dye it back to brown! :-) (The statue would be too big to fit in the photo! You would have known it was fake if I made a miniature one ;-p)
Ho, as precious as your stars? ,ô__ô, [speechless] ... **Epic thank you return crushing hug**
Lol !!!
You could have just drawn its feet :D

Stilton: Hi, DD. how's your day?
avatar
ddickinson: Not too bad. My partner is out for the day so I have been on my own, and my health is not that good today, but nothing really to complain about. It is my partners birthday very soon, so that is something to look forward to.

Oh, and people keep bullying me about my wishlist and things. :-(

How are you, Mr Viking?
I'm feeling OK. I slept really heavily (too many long late nights) and I woke feeling almost as tired as when I went to bed. I'm perking up now, though.

Are you planning nice things for your partner's birthday (silly question - of course you are). Planning is sometimes more fun than having a birthday yourself. Its like setting happy booby traps all over the place :-)
Okay, I will add Bastion to my wishlist. It does look interesting, but definitely not a top priority game.

I don't know, it might be worth it for the challenge. :-)
Besides, if I do it then where is the incentive for Endre to get better? He might just keep getting ill or pretending to be ill. If you do it he has a reason to not get ill (no offence) and have bed baths. :-)

Thank you for the explanation. *big hug*
(P.S. Put stars in the next paper craft, then it will be extra precious to Owl, both paper craft and stars.) :-)

He thinks so too.

Let's hope you will feel more awake soon. I hear cattle prods can help wake a person up, and I am sure I can find a farmer who has one to borrow. :-)

I do indeed have a lovely day planned, in fact a few days, which is why I will be away for a few days after today. And you are right, planning is a lot of fun, and hoping that the plans will put a big smile on the persons face.

-laughs- Kinda figured you would.

Additional - Time for singalong. Belt it out, scare the pets, and enjoy. =)

Does the lady statue have any real relevance (as in who is the lady, or why a lady statue?), other than as a symbol of your independence? It seems a little random, like France just had it lying around the back garden and thought they would offload it on the Americans and pretend it was a big gift. :-)
Greetings everyone. hope all is well under your skies. The chill of winter has finally arrived here, so I'm happy, though it's only a slight chill compared to the wintery rest of the Country, and coldish places around the globe.

It's nice to see the X series here, including the X3 expansions DRM Free. :D

So... what are we doing with our spare Riddick codes unlocked in the sale? Is there someone responsibly collecting them for distribution in give-aways?

Hello there, long time no see.

How are you?

I found a nice victim for my spare code, and I think there is a thread for any spare codes, but I am not too sure.

Good morning. =)

Sounds familiar. It's snowing here. Got to tromp outside in my sandals and scrape snow off the satellite dish.

Well, I figure that once I check everyone who comes here, I'll probably drop codes off here.
Is this the first promo where we get a nice mix of new releases as well as the sale? I seem to recall most promos not having any/many new games launched during the sale, but I could be wrong.

I think it is supposed to be the goddess of Liberty (in either Roman or Greek mythology... I always get those mixed up.)
