DampSquib: Hi all.
Hi, Squib :)

How are you doing?
avatar
ddickinson: Then all you will have to do is explain to the ladies why your hands are stuck in a giant treacle jar and why you are wearing a hannibal mask. :-)
Giant treacle jars aren't sexy anymore? :-o
And the Hannibal mask could be there because I'm just such a great kisser that they had to lock up my lips B-|

DampSquib: Hi all.
Good evening. =)

How's your night going?
I think I will try to get some sleep. I hope you all have a lovely rest of the day. Take care and try to behave yourselves. :-)

*big hugs and silly waves*

CarrionCrow: The Insomnia format can still be refined. Like you said, the lulls aren't good for profitability.

On the other hand, getting the feeling a lot of people aren't spending since they're waiting to see what the new bundles are. No one wants to spend money, use up their budget, then see a game that they've been waiting for show up.
True, I guess each sale has their pros and cons, which makes a mixture of sale types a lot more appealing. But I guess GOG knows which type earns them more money, so logically they will just keep doing that. Especially as the forum accounts for so little, so I can't see them doing Insomnia sales if it is not as profitable just for the tiny fraction of users who use the forum, sadly.

You have nothing to lose, see if that ploy will work on the ladies. Although they might think you are some kind of sexual deviant due to the kissing mask, and that your hands are stuck in treacle to stop you groping. :-)

CarrionCrow: Agents Don't Wear Pants, the long-awaited sequel to Plumbers Don't Wear Ties...

I feel like drinking and crying now.
*Oogle search*
So... that is a game... I hope it comes to GOG next week :-D

Yes...yes it is.

It's funny you should mention that. Just in case you wanted a preview, I've got a Let's Play of that lovely, lovely game right here.

Enjoy...

Absolutely. Insomnia is good as a side item, but they'll never run it on a consistent basis.

And yes, that's a very good point. The forum is pretty much a tiny sliver of a very vocal minority.

Have a good night, sleep well. Good seeing you again. =)

CarrionCrow: Good evening. =)

How's your night going?
Good thanks, played a few games of close combat two over Hamachi, while waiting for downloads.
Just grabbed something to eat, before my stomach turns on me.
Slow night/day but no complaints, how has your day been?

Pretty similar, actually. Went out, did some stuff, now it's relaxing here and talking while looking at video games.
Quiet night, but not a bad one.

*Can't believe I'm watching this*
14:09 - the plumber wears a tie XD ... Wonderful. I'll stop there. Forever.

I changed my mind. I don't want to "play" this. It's plucking brutal.

Oh no...you can't stop there. There's so much more to see. The full playthrough is over an hour. >=)

I could be watching something good though, like The Book of Mormon Movie (I won't provide a link to it, for fear of causing face-melting if it is viewed.)

I can enjoy horrible games... but this is no game. I'll keep Gods and Generals on my shelf when I want to play something bad :-)

...
Falling asleep on my keyboard. Better check out for the night. Have a good evenight, everyone! *tips helmet, and collapses into bed*

Better slow than never. :) I just got sidelined by domestic stuff myself.

I'm well and my day was great. Definitely one to remember. I'm taking a breather now and trying to wind down before sleep. How's your gaming going - have you nearly finished Ravenloft?

Uneventful too, calm before the storm :P
Watched a few YT videos of Legends of Eisenwald, the only thing to have piqued my interest of late.
What game have you been looking at?

avatar
DampSquib: Snip, GOG needs more RPGs.

No not finished it just yet, it's bigger than i remember, must be close now.
Probably do part two or start Legends of Eisenwald next, my backlog isn't so bad, added a few from the sale.
Nothing that carn't be tackled over a few nights, all but the Anno series, just keep playing that until bored of it.
Hello everyone who may be still awake.

I'm tired but I had a good weekend. How was yours?
