I had something like that a few days ago. Came out of nowhere. I had a warm drink and a long sleep and when I woke it was gone. Best to keep hydrated, and I took some paracetamol - don't know what the US equivalent is (Tylenol?). Those bugs are a debilitating nuisance, so I feel for you.
'Okay' is last season's bad, so you're going in the right direction :-)

Upgraded to "good" after drinking a mug of Belgian hot chocolate :-)

Well...what I see described as hot cocoa in american media. I call warm chocolate flavoured milk.

True hot chocolate has the consistency of wet cement. And you make it by chopping chocolate tablets into tiny pieces.

You are being generous. I call it sugary salted milk. I can't seem to find the chocolate in it :-p
