Ugh, I've spent all morning revising for the law test tomorrow (which I should have yesterday as well but didn't because of reasons, but I digress).

After reading all that legislation, bombing congress to hell sounds like the most sensible thing to do.

l0rdtr3k: Hyperdimention doesn't have nutidy,sure has fanservice but it's rather tame and relies on nods to the consoles it's paroding.
The Lula(no relation to the Brazilian former president) games or Huniepop does have nutidy.

And that's why I tend to stick to consoles instead of PC. I hate the fact that I have to upgrade my rig every month because there's a new GPU with 100KB more RAM or a game that needs a Pentagon computer to run.
Those kind of specs seem to be the norm these days. They just don't care about optimising PC games these days. They are forced to on a console, but not a PC so they don't care.

Well I did not really have a party this year, but it was still nice none-the-less. No cake either now that I think of it, but we were staying in a hotel. Maybe I should just make an extra big one for my partner next week as a joint cake. :-)

Hurm I'm looking at the bundles.

I already own half of the shooter bundle. This looks like a good chance to grab FEAR 2. But I don't really care about Rise of the Triad.

Gone where the days where AAA PC games could be played in a lower spec PC since back them graphics weren't everything(looking at Longest Journey and all of the Infinity Engine games).

If they made consoles upgradable like PCs are then the same would happen on consoles. Developers are getting more lazy, so they don't invest time to optimise things for PC, just look at all the horrible console ports recently on PC.

Gone are the days where triple A games gave a sloppy fuck about the PC market, period.
