Stilton: -laughs- Thanks, something to smile about. This really is a non event event. At least they're going to give everyone the opportunity to sort through and see what they really want, but overall it just...its....completely without zazz.

And that explanation of Dungeons and Dragons has got me wanting to have a go. It looks really involving, plus its good old-school sit around a table and communicate gaming, which has to be good.
Every cycle for the next 9 and a half days, we will mourn the sudden death of zazz.

If you can get people together to play, it could be a lot of fun.
Also, they do sell adventures. So if you're at a point that you just want to enjoy the game without the pre-game work that goes into building stories, those can be a backup.

I always looked upon it as being a bit geeky before, but it really appeals now. Its a great idea to actually go on a real adventure with others, a shared experience. It sounds great.
Only now that I noticed it but in the first day nearly half my wishlist were under some discount. Now only a few are.
Was it a mistake or feature of the sale?

It's a good way to do something fun while unplugging for a bit and actually being around people.
As a bonus, if you play that, enjoy it, then want to try new things, there are so many options.

It's a feature. (That's really a bit of a mistake.)

Tons of stuff was on sale day 1. Then they chopped out most of it. Now it'll be drip-fed back to the customers every 12 hours.

Good Morning You and you (and you?) and happy Hours too!
What is a mistake and what's not - this is gog after all ;)

I had the same feeling - had plenty of wishlist stuff on the first day... bought only one game... but well they'll come around again like Crow pointed out before...

Enjoying my flu with coffee :) Damn that can't be in many places at the same time.... playing games, doing my buddhist chores and hanging around in this thread... boo! for the lack of chance to visit several dimensions at the same time!

I think on the first day everything in the sale was available, so more of your item showed up. Now they're repeating it all in chunks and working through it all again (as far as I can see).

A choice of dimensions would be amazing. I could go to sleep in one while I'm doing things in others so I'd never miss out on all the stuff I like doing and still have loads of energy to do them! You're a genius :-)

Sorry you've got flue, too. That rhymes, if that's any consolation (probably not) :-(

It's past 1 am here so I guess I can say good morning too. :-)

That was just an observation as can't buy many games even with the discount.
And in this sale I am actually more curious about the bundles we may get. Maybe I'll have a chance to find a better deal than buying individual games.

And usually sugar is added to coffee. Flu is an odd thing to put on it. :-)

Hello! :) Ah, no... it's a bit of a consolation. Have you considered also writing lyrics? Might be interesting stuff a-comin' ^__^
Sorry I'm not awake yet not sure what the hell I'm talking about...
Grrr just realized I really want to fire up my new toy from yesterday but 1) it's a bit late (though I still am intending to stay up for a bit yet) 2) do I have time to peruse the manual and 3) do I want to bounce back and forth between two games / maybe table the game I've been playing and still am enjoying, though could stand to have a bit of variety

This is coupled with the fact that I am really in the mood to fire up the new guy...

Any help?

Lyrics are a good idea, although I see I used the wrong kind of flu (flue). That rhymes as well. I think you're onto something... I could be the next Arthur Mullard. If you don't know who he is, he was a well known English actor and intellectual. He was also a really good singer.

I'll wait for the new deals in my bed. See ya, lurkers.
Okay, I have got to get some actual bed sleep. Can't sit here anymore.

Have a good night, everyone. =)

A new toy?

Ah buddhist chores :) my teachers have given me some suggestions... rarely see them these days... and I fail at doing these things a lot. Mostly I just sit, daily. It includes counting my out breaths to 21 and back, thrice. Super boring stuff ;)
The main sitting is then just basically about letting thoughts come, stay and leave... I am horribly bad at explaining any of this ...

Good moaning.

I've got a lot to study today and I intend to make as much use of the morning as I can. No I won't be trapped in the forum's tractor beam. Damn you, I shall escape your evil clutches.

Anyways, a heads up. I managed to get the few games I wanted from the massive interplay bundle thanks to a poor sacrificial lamb who shed his blood for us.

Hurm... Front page updated. Earlier deals not gone yet. New deals present too. Deals last 24 hours. But new batches appear every 12. Bundles last 48. Pillars of eternity perhaps best offer. Those who disagree, possible homosexual? Must investigate more. Hurm beans.
