Stilton: I AM INTERRUPTING THIS BROADCAST FOR AN IMPORTANT QUESTION FOR THE FORUM:
My daughter wants a pet dog - should we get her one?
Opinions and reasons, please. Thank you :-)
I'd say yes with two caveats. My daughter wants a pet dog - should we get her one?
Opinions and reasons, please. Thank you :-)
Make it a small dog, but not too small.
Make it a pooch, no pure breeds.
The Whys:
Smaller dogs are easier to care for by a small child. Very small dogs are more rats than dogs, and usually, nervous wrecks.
Pooches save you money on vet bills.
You are a wilderness thriving viking so I assume you have a big house with lots of space for the pooch to run amok and tire itself out.
If you force her to actually care for the pet, she will learn responsibility.
And the most bestest reason.
Dogs are superior to cats
